Please use your normal network username and password to access Moodle. You must have used this in college or set a proper password before you can access Moodle.
If you have forgotten your password ask at the IT desk
in the IT Centre for help or ask your tutor to get in touch with the IT Support
team to sort it out.
Or you can go to the college website (https://www.wnc.ac.uk) click on the student drop down menu and select IT Service Desk and fill in the help request form. Remember to include your student id number and an email address you can be contacted on if you expect a reply.
You can also ring the LRC on 01623 413642 and ask them to
help or unlock your account.
Moodle will not enable you to change your network password.
